Our Scrumpy,Well what can I say.

Scrumpy is a Red and White Bulldog who is now 20 months old and still very much a puppy at heart, and is Treacle's partner in crime. If there's any mischief to be found you can be sure he is part of it. He is full of life, is loving, loyal and affectionate and craves the attention.
Scrumpy,as you can see, was more than willing to get into the spirit of the 2006 World Cup, along with Paul and my sons.

Scrumpy,is far from being the typical stereotype, couch potato of this breed. He loves nothing more than to run and walk for miles around the beautiful countryside that surrounds us. Paddling around, in the streams and rivers we pass on our journeys, before taking a quick drink to recharge the batteries, only too eager to head off again.

But when we do eventually return home, he does like his well earned rest and so do we, and why not.


We are planning, in the near future, to offer Scrumpy at STUD.




At present, he is being taught the rules of etiquette, whilst in the company of bitches.To ensure, he is a true gentleman and not a Jack the Lad.
We ourselves are learning how to handle him, correctly at stud. To ensure both Scrumpy and ourselves, make the experience for any potential bitches and Scrumpy,as kind and as stress free, an experience as possible. Only then will his services be offered.


Scrumpy is a fantastic dog, with a temperament to match. He has a lovely large,broad,square head. Excellent movement and health, a true credit to this wonderful breed.
